Lucia Antoniades - Chizmar was raised in Rhodes. She is a graduate in Arts Administration from Columbia University in NYC and holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Athens. Her 32-year vast professional experience in Art Administration extends in all art forms, at major Art Institutions in Greece and overseas, including the Museum of Contemporary Art (Publications), Visual Aids (Fundraising), the Guggenheim Museum (Visitor Services), New York City Opera (Guild Associate), Joffrey Ballet (Director of Membership), Art Athina (Fundraising- Marketing), the Foundation of the Hellenic World (Cultural Director), Organizing Committee of the 2004 Athens Olympic and Paralympic Games (Manager of culture and of the opening and closing ceremonies), the 2013 Volos-Larissa Mediterranean Games (Cultural Program Director), Hellenic Foundation for Culture (Director), ArtsLift and Applaud! Productions (Director and founding member). She has been artists' manager, consultant on sponsorship and cultural strategy. She has developed and implemented large scale international and European cultural and educational programs.

He was born in Rhodes. He studied theater, cinema, stage design, costume design and graphic arts. In 1979 he founded the Dodecanesian Theater Company, in 1987 the Magic Theater and in 1997 the HELIX ACTION THEATRE. He has participated, with his plays, in numerous international festivals and European Events in the United Kingdom, Poland, Belarus, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Cyprus, Turkey, Egypt, India and China. He served as Artistic Director at the Municipal and Regional Theatre of Rhodes (DI.PE.THE.) for four years (1991-1995). Between 1997 and 2000 he was cooperating with the National Theater of Greece, as director. As an associate he cooperated with the Experimental Stage of Art in Thessaloniki and plenty of regional theatres. He has been organizing the Athens’ International Street Theatre Festival since 2009. He was project leader in Creative Europe’s “Helidra” program and a partner in the “Circus As Way of Life” program. From 2014 to this day he is the artistic director and a producer for “Proskinio” Theatre. In 2015 he organized the Suitcase Theatre Festival. He is a member of the Greek Directors’ Guild and the International Theatre Institute.

Ioannis V. Papageorgiou was born and raised in Rhodes. He holds a Law Degree from the Law School of Athens, an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a PhD in Political Sociology from the University of Edinburgh. He is member of the Athens Bar Association, specialised in Intellectual Property law and he is manager and consultant in research projects. He has numerous scientific publications in political sociology, political theory and public administration. Since 2013 he is research coordinator and managing director of the Rhodes Centre for Historical and Social Research - Rhodes Project SCE, a social cooperative enterprise established in Rhodes and active in social research and innovation.

Michael Papamichail was born and raised in Rhodes, and studied Political Science at the University of Athens. He speaks English, French, some Italian and Spanish. In 2004, he co-founded a free-press magazine in Athens called “CENTRO”, which focused on politics and culture. Since 2011, he has been working in Rhodes as a freelance editor and copywriter. Since 2013, he is the Public Relations Director at the Rhodes Centre for Historical and Social Research - Rhodes Project SCE. Since 2015 he is also working as a radio producer. He is an amateur actor and a student of classical guitar.
Veatriki Ntova was born in Paris. She studied Electronic & Computer Engineering at the Technical University of Crete and Graphic Arts / Multimedia at the Hellenic Open University. She has spent most of her life in Rhodes, teaching IT in the Public Education sector. She is the designer of the Rhodes – Dodecanese 2021 candidacy logo and responsible for the visual communication of the “Journey to the Light” campaign. She designed the candidacy’s website as a University team research project. She is the developer of the current version. Currently she resides in Oxford, UK, where she works as a Graphic / Web Designer.

Michael Kavuklis was born in Rhodes. He studied Political Science and Diplomacy at the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki and holds a Master's Degree in "Political, Economical and International Relations in the Mediterranean" by the University of the Aegean, where he is currently a PhD candidate. Since 2005, he runs a small marketing agency in Rhodes, specialized in web and online media. In 2007, he joined the House of Europe in Rhodes and serves as its President since 2014. In 2010 he created, and runs since then, the awarded simulation conference RhodesMRC - Rhodes Model Regional Co-operation.

Asimina K. Basdani was born in Volos. She currently lives and works in Rhodes. She has a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Informatics from the Technological Educational Institute of Kavala, an Msc in Informatics and Management from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and an MSc in Pedagogical Education from the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education in Thessaloniki. She also has a Certificate of Specialization in Public Relations & Communication from the Macedonia University of Thessaloniki. She worked as Operation Project Manager, in Triaena Tours & Congress S.A., designing and managing National and International Science/Corporate Conferences. She has worked as Junior Marketing Manager in Newspaper Aggeliohoros. Since 2010 she is a Teacher of Informatics in Primary/Secondary and Vocational Education.

Vasiliki Z. Karidaki was born and raised in Rhodes. She holds a Stage and Costume Design Diploma by the Stavrakos Hellenic Cinema and Television School. She has worked as a radio producer of musical and news broadcasts since 1981. She works in the Municipality of Rhodes since 1994, organizing municipal conventions and artistic events. She had been appointed at the Municipal Regional Theatre Organization, participating in stage and costume design of theatrical and cultural performances. She is currently appointed at the Department of Culture. She also joined the volunteers’ group for the restoration project of the National Theatre and the renovation projects of the Municipal Theatre and the “Rodon” open air theatre.
Evangelia A. Kaka was born and raised in Rhodes. She holds a B.Sc. Degree in Architecture Engineering by the National Technical University of Athens and an Msc in Restoration and Conservation of Historic Monuments and Sites by the same University. She is member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. She works in the Municipality of Rhodes, in the Department of the Medieval city and Monuments, since 2001. Her job regards the historical documentation and restoration projects for the monuments of Rhodes. She has served in European programs regarding the history of the ports in the Mediterranean Sea. She has edited publications, presentations and books regarding historic buildings, mosques and fountains of the city of Rhodes.
